Adora lets out a sharp hum of surprise, eyes blinking rapidly back open. Catra's licked her plenty before, usually just to be annoying and gross-- but this doesn't feel like she's doing it to mess with her, or at least, Adora doesn't think so. In truth, Catra could do just about anything to her right now, pass it off as totally something everyone does, didn't you know that? and Adora would have no way of countering.

But-- everything Catra's taught her so far has felt good. Better than Adora even knew she could feel. Her trust in Catra runs deeper than her insecurities, or any strangeness the sensation might evoke. So Adora dutifully screws her eyes back shut and, with a tentative inhale, mirrors the touch yet again: her own lips parting, tongue slipping out to return the swipe.
